New mechanics

New mechanincs added:

1) events - happens from time to time and affect your gameplay. For now there's only 1 event - rain of tears

2) you can move block horizontaly! Use A and D to move blocks to the left and right

3) new ray: ray whichincreases type of shooted block. Now you can build your level as you wish!
